Granola and Granola Bars

Given to me by one of my friends :) 




GRONOLA RECIPE
½ C. OLIVE OIL
½ C. honey
2tsp vanilla
4 c. oats
2/3 c. sunflower seeds (raw and unsalted)
1 c. raw almonds chopped (optional)
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
2 c. dry fruit
Preheat oven to 325
In small saucepan, combine oil, honey and vanilla. 
Stir over low heat until combined, about 1-2 min
Combine oats, seeds, almonds and spices directly on 11x7 jelly roll pan
Bake for 10-12 min. or until golden brown, stirring and spreading every 3 min.
Mix in Fruit





GRONOLA BAR
2/3 C. sunbutter
½ c. honey or brow rice syrup
¼ c. butter or coconut oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oatmeal
½ c. sunflower seeds (raw)
1/3 c. coconut (raisins, chocolate chips, sesame seeds) all or known –optional
Saucepan melt oil and sunbutter on low –once melted shut off
Add rest ingredients, stir and put into a long baking pan
Bake at 325 for 20 min

This one is really good!!! -Raw or baked-- but remember to keep it in the fridge if you don't bake it!
